Workshop Booking Request

1. Booking Confirmation:
   All workshop bookings are subject to availability. Once your preferred session date is confirmed, payment must be made in full to secure your place. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2. Payment:
   Payment links will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the link to secure your spot. Failure to make payment in this time may result in your booking being released.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
   If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon by us. If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook at a later date.
4. Workshop Materials:
   All relevant materials, including kits and patterns, will be sent out prior to your workshop session. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct shipping information at the time of booking. The customer is responsible for ensuring they have any additional equipment not provided in the kit (such as sewing machines, scissors, and other tools) prior to the session.
5. Workshop Recording:
   All virtual sessions will be recorded for your personal use only. Recordings will be sent to you after the workshop. Sharing or distributing these recordings to third parties is strictly prohibited.
6. Workshop Participation:
   Workshops are held via Zoom and require a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for any technical issues on your end that may disrupt the session. Please ensure you are available to participate in the full session. Late arrivals or early departures may impact your experience, and no partial refunds will be provided.
7. Health and Safety:
   By participating in the workshop, you acknowledge that sewing involves the use of sharp tools (such as needles and scissors). Please take care when handling these items, as we are not liable for any injuries incurred during the session.
8. Intellectual Property:
   All patterns, instructions, kits, and materials provided in the workshops are protected by relevant copyright laws. These materials are intended for personal use only and may not be redistributed, reproduced, or copied in any form. The patterns include important copyright information, which must not be altered or removed. Small-scale commercial use of any pattern or material provided is allowed; please refer to the copyright information within the patterns for details. Sharing or selling the kits, patterns, or instructions to third parties is not allowed under any circumstances.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
   We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants prior to their workshop.
