Physical Items: Enjoy free UK shipping on all physical orders! Items within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service and despatched as quickly as possible.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital pattern sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Physical Products: We do not offer refunds for any of our physical products. If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. You will need to return the original item to us. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
